New Yorker Ben Fuchs wants to swap his stunning sea-view apartment in Hove for a new home and dynamic lifestyle in London. Phil and Annie Graham want to swap their four-bedroom terraced house in Wimbledon for a rental investment in order to release equity for their dream move to America. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?
