SHING is being framed up by TUNG. SHING is forced to resign voluntarily. HO asks ESTHER to be the witness. Unexpectedly, ESTHER has fallen in love with TUNG. She is in league with TUNG. CHUNG intends to beg TUNG not to harm SHING at the beginning. However, he beats TUNG in a towering anger instead. He is being charges of assault. SHAN and YING tour Japan. HONG follows them. TUNG is failed. HONG does not sue him. TUNG resigns.
