Seventeen year old asthmatic Shay Alkobi is the son of Beersheba Magistrate Court Judge and District Court candidate Micah Alkobi. Despite not having his license, Shay goes out for a drive and hits a motorcycle, severely injuring the rider. Panicked, he flees the scene. When Micah discovers that the victim of the accident belongs to one of the most dangerous crime families around.
