Siegfred Villanueva
Red Villanueva is a student filmmaker from the University of Caloocan City. His directorial debut, Wala Lang (2024), was one of the Top 10 finalists and the recipient of the Climate Action Award at the first-ever Sine-KaLIKHAsan by The Philippine Star and Robinsons Malls. The film was also recognized as one of the Top 10 finalists in the ongoing Real to Reel: Gen Z Short Film Competition as part of Pioneer Insurance's 70th anniversary celebration. He currently serves as the camera operator, editor, and graphic designer for SamPie (2025), an official entry in the 2nd Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival. In 2023, his public service announcement (PSA), Chilling Effect, earned him the Best Director and Best PSA awards from the UCC Languages and Communication Department.
