Un unchi de-al lui Shaggy a murit și îl lasă pe el moștenitor iar acesta, împreună cu Scooby-Doo și Scrappy-Doo, se duce să-și revendice moștenirea. Ajung cu greu la locuința răposatului, fiind amenințați de un călăreț fără cap. Intrând în casă și cercetând-o găsesc bucăți de hârtie având lângă ele câte-o bijuterie. Fiecare bucată de hârtie conține câte-o ghicitoare care duce la alt indicu iar cei trei trebuie să găsească toate indiciile ca să ajungă la întreaga avere, alcătuită din bijuterii foarte prețioase.
