A drunken firefighter accidentally met in a cafe passes a cruel sentence on Aunt Natasha and her neighbors: "This is a home for those who could not realize themselves." It's hard to argue with this, but who is to blame for this: the people themselves or the government, which left them alone with their troubles and remembers their existence only when fresh cannon fodder is needed?
